Renovations are underway at Chateau Gardens Parkhill to "make life better" for our residents
Chartwell Seniors Housing REIT is pleased to confirm that the redevelopment of Chateau Gardens Parkhill LTC is currently underway. This includes improvements to living and amenity spaces as well as increasing the availability of comfortable and welcoming private rooms. Once completed, the upgrades will include new safety and security features, larger resident suites and staff work spaces, new lounges and common indoor and outdoor activity areas, modern finishes and new furniture.
