In this role, you will assume the responsibility for the sales and marketing functions in (2) two retirement residences, Nine Twenty One Millwood and Four Teddington Park Avenue.

 

This role is an exceptional opportunity for an energetic, self-motivated leader with experience in sales and marketing within the seniors housing or hospitality industry. Knowledge of the surrounding area and communities is required. Experience with seniors and computer skills are expected. This position requires working full-time flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

 

Drawing on your extraordinary customer-service and sales training, the successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

§         Developing, promoting, and implementing marketing plans to ensure optimal occupancy is achieved at both residences;

§         Developing marketing strategies and preparing advertising campaigns for each residence;

§         Planning, organizing, and managing social events at each residence;

§         Forecasting and monitoring expenditures of funds allocated to the marketing budget for each residence;

§         Conducting tours, managing inquires, and following-up on leads in a timely manner;

§         Leasing suites at both retirement communities;

§         Promoting each well-appointed, full service retirement residence while developing and fostering partnerships within the community;

§         Assisting and supporting other department managers, as needed.
