A Message From the CEO

In our 2010 Annual Report, Chartwell launched its first annual Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) report, entitled "Trust through Accountability."

Our goal in creating a CSR is, as the title suggests, to earn the trust of our stakeholders by continuing to make ourselves accountable to our key stakeholders and by continually seeking ways to make a difference in the lives of the people we serve.

For everyone at Chartwell, this desire to continuous improvement is part of a shared commitment to "Making People's LIves Better." We want to make a difference and with the commitment of our over 11,000 employees, I believe we can.
